Two Chinese companies, Sichuan Youdun Youpin Medical Technology Co., Ltd. and Xiamen C&D Paper & Pulp Group Co., Ltd.have jointly established Youdun (Fujian) Care Products Co., Ltd., a maker of hygiene products.
 
The new company has recently opened and held a grand opening ceremony celebrating its formation. Phase one of the project represents an investment of RMB 30 million and includes the startup of three production lines for adult incontinence products, along with a research and development center and a quality testing center. During phase two, a reported RMB120 million investment, the company will establish  production of  adult diapers, baby diapers, sanitary pants, sanitary napkins and medical pads, adopting a dual model of proprietary brands and original designs. The company aims to create a comprehensive industrial park for disposable hygiene products.
